                            RESOLUTION NO.   21047 
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CHATTANOOGA-
                 HAMILTON COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION TO
                 PERFORM A ZONING STUDY OF THE STADIUM AREA AS
                 HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Chattanooga-Hamilton County
       Regional Planning Commission be and is hereby requested to 
perform
       a zoning study of the Stadium area as shown on the plat attached
       hereto and incorporated herein by reference, more particularly
       described as follows:
            Area bounded by W. Main Street, Chestnut Street, W. 20th
            Street and Carter Street.
